I thoroughly enjoyed reading about the life Of Don Knotts and the other people mentioned in this book. It was refreshing like an oasis from all that has been going on today. It was supposed to be released today. However, whenever I try to access the book, I get the message, "Page Not Found." The hardcover version was released today. I hope this is a formatting issue and that it is resolved soon because I really do want to read this book. Actual print books are too hard for me to read anymore because of vision issues. - 4.0 out of 5 stars from J. Jamison -- One of my favorite actors. : There is seldom a day that goes by that I don't watch The Andy Griffith Show. No matter what is happening in the world, I must see TAGS, and Barney is one of the reasons. He was a special guy. I learned a lot about him that I had never known in this book, which was very entertaining. I am giving it 4 stars however, instead of 5. It was written in a way I have never encountered in a biography. It was written in conversational dialogue, and also in play form. She switched around the story in no particular order, so that both forms of writing were sometimes on the same page. I had to keep going back to see who was talking. Sometimes he was "Don" and sometimes he was "Dad", and this would have been clarified if one writing style continued throughout the entire book. But I am glad I read it because it will be a permanent book in my bookshelf. ( Reviewed in the United States on October 22, 2021 )
